The hotel features 280 luxurious guestrooms that are individually decorated in order There is complimentary self or valet parking for all conference attendees. Reservations The deadline for hotel reservations is October 7, 2004. Please call the Garden City Hotel directly to reserve your room and tell them that you will be attending the NAFSA Region X conference in order to receive the special conference rate. These rates are available for three days prior and three days after the conference. If you try to register online, their system will not recognize the group rate. You are encouraged to make a reservation as soon as possible. Reservations received after October 7 will be accommodated on a space- and rate-available basis.
